Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Job Type and Payout
- The job type is contract.
- The payout is $30 to $55 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users via remote support.
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Respond to and prioritize service desk tickets in accordance with service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate support activity and solution records in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems and common productivity software.
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
