Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and support all company software applications, including HRMS, medical software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot company email accounts, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and related email services.
  • Strong knowledge in Work management and CRM Softwares.
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, networking, and system related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, and network devices.
  • Perform regular data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ensure data security, antivirus protection, endpoint security, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, internet providers, and third party IT service providers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of HRMS and healthcare management systems.
  • Configure and maintain printers, shared drives, cloud storage, and file servers.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation for all hardware and software licenses.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and disabling user accounts, email IDs, and IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve software compatibility issues and system failures.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support across company locations.
  • Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and organizational IT standards.
  • Perform any other IT related duties assigned by management.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED2,104.96 AED6,859.87 per month
