Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Doctor on Call and Home Care services
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and service requests
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm doctor, nurse, and allied healthcare professional visits
- Assess patient requirements and route requests to the appropriate medical team
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely dispatch of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details within the system
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, service delivery, and feedback
- Escalate urgent or emergency cases to the appropriate medical personnel in accordance with company protocols
- Liaise with insurance providers, patients, and internal departments when required
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data protection policies
- Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting operational KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or another healthcare related field
- Medical background is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare call center
- Prior experience in Doctor on Call, Home Care, or healthcare coordination is mandatory
- Experience in appointment scheduling and patient coordination is highly preferred

Job Summary
- Alleanza Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer focused Medical Call Center Executive with a healthcare background and experience in Doctor on Call and/or Home Care operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, coordinating medical appointments, dispatching healthcare professionals, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, clinicians, and the operations team.
