Role Overview
Nair Systems is seeking an IT Support professional for its Qatar operations.
The role focuses on Azure, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft client and server platforms, helpdesk support, and basic networking.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is mandatory.
- At least two years of experience working with Microsoft client and server platforms as a helpdesk technician is mandatory.
- Microsoft certifications in Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktop, and Azure are mandatory.
- At least one year of Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite support experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic network support is mandatory.
- The ability to provide users with functional guidance on systems and equipment is mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of a helpdesk ticketing system is optional.
- Network+ or CCNA certification is desirable.
Joining Timeline
- The expected joining timeframe is two weeks and no later than one month.
