Overview
A well established international group of companies based in Dubai is looking for a skilled IT Specialist / System Administrator to manage and support all IT operations across the group.
The ideal candidate must have relevant IT qualifications and 3 to 6 years of hands on system administration experience within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality.
- Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP, HRM, CSM, and other departmental applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and IT procurement.
