Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the Media City area of Dubai.
- Onsite presence is required.
Job Summary
The IT Specialist will manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations for the partner organization.
The role focuses on seamless IT operations, security compliance, technology support, devices, systems, user accounts, and security protocols.
The position requires strict attention to privacy and data protection standards.
Device and Equipment Management
- Set up, configure, and maintain company devices and equipment according to organizational standards.
VPN and Network Security
- Manage and configure VPN access for employees and partner companies.
- Ensure secure connections and monitor VPN usage for compliance.
User Account Management
- Create, manage, and maintain company accounts across various systems.
- Control user access and permissions using proper authorization protocols.
Privacy and Security Compliance
- Implement and maintain privacy and security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Technical Support and Reporting
- Provide technical support to partner company staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain detailed IT records and provide regular reports on operations and security status.
Required Qualifications
- At least four years of IT management or system administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of VPN configuration, network security, user account management, access control, device management, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and independent-working skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ or a similar security certification.
- Experience with international or multi-location IT operations, cloud infrastructure, IT asset management, and emerging security threats.
