Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient **IT Specialist** to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the seamless operation of all digital systems.

This role requires a proactive individual with a solid foundation in IT troubleshooting and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Technical Support:** Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
  • **Network Maintenance:** Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi systems, and VPN connections to ensure maximum uptime.
  • **System Administration:** Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the company ecosystem.
  • **Hardware Management:** Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer components and peripherals.
  • **Security & Backups:** Implement and monitor data backup protocols and ensure antivirus software is up to date across all systems.
  • **Documentation:** Maintain accurate logs of equipment inventory, software licenses, and technical support tickets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • **Education:** Must be a Graduate of an IT-related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).
  • **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year of proven experience** in an IT support or technical role.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • **Attributes:** Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
