- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, teas, and seasonal specialties, maintaining strict quality and presentation standards
- Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about our menu, and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently
- Keep the bar, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift
- Restock coffee beans, pastries, milk, and merchandise; report low inventory to the manager
- Work seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours
Requirements
- Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate, high energy Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, teas, and seasonal specialties, maintaining strict quality and presentation standards.
- Deliver Great Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about our menu, and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.
- Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the bar, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
- Manage Inventory: Restock coffee beans, pastries, milk, and merchandise; report low inventory to the manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude!
- Customer First Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
