Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Prepare food items for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Answer, report, and follow instructions from the Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Clean down stations properly and return leftover ingredients to correct storage areas
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment while maintaining quality
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (including safe food handling temperatures).
- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude with both front of house and back of house teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working as a Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment while maintaining quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- AED 2,000.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
