Role Description
The IT Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role maintains and supports the clinic's IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and network devices.
Daily IT Operations
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine updates and backups.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clinical and administrative staff.
- Provide user support and training.
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Security and Documentation
- Implement basic cybersecurity practices and manage access controls.
- Document IT procedures and assets to support compliance and smooth clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong information technology knowledge and hands-on experience with clinic or office IT environments are required.
- Network administration and network security skills are required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues are required.
- Solid customer service skills are required for staff-facing technical support.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and task prioritization are important.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Windows or macOS experience, basic server management, and Microsoft 365 experience are beneficial.
- Knowledge of data backups, endpoint security, and basic healthcare or aesthetic clinic compliance is advantageous.
