Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about clinic services and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm bookings.
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation in clinic systems.
- Resolve concerns and direct calls to appropriate team members.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients.
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to support smooth client experiences and service delivery.
