Role Description
The Call Center Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports clients by handling calls, answering inquiries, managing appointments, and coordinating with clinic teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide detailed information about clinic services and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm bookings, update client records, and maintain accurate documentation in clinic systems.
- Resolve concerns, direct calls to appropriate team members, and communicate professionally and empathetically.
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to support smooth client experiences and service delivery.
