The Role
The IT Service Support Analyst is the primary contact for IT incidents, service requests, and technical enquiries.
The role provides customer-focused first- and second-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
The position sits within the IT Service Delivery organisation and supports customer experience across regional locations.
Responsibilities
- Triage, prioritise, diagnose, and resolve IT issues while maintaining ownership and clear communication.
- Manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.
- Build relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver effective support.
- Support operational stability, incident management, technical support, and continual improvement.
