- $1,500 Sign-on Retention Bonus.

- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical.
- Implement the facility’s preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, washer soap and similar items; notify supervisor of issues as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized environment in the Maintenance Department work area; promptly clean up after maintenance and repair work is completed within the facility.
- Assist in equipment performance testing per companywide and manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Perform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions as directed by supervisor.
- Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment, facilities and vehicles.
- Accurately record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairs.
- Maintain shop copies of manuals and blueprints in a neat and organized manner; provide others with updated information as required.
- Run company errands and pick up equipment, materials, and supplies as required.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
- Promptly report observed equipment, facility, and vehicle repair or maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Make suggestions for changes which would help the facility achieve improved efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts.
- This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
- Education – College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred; High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
