Responsibilities
- An exciting opportunity has opened for a personable and driven tech professional to join our IT team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will give effective and efficient support to users across the organisation – through proactively dealing with issues, and ensuring appropriate solutions to reported problems. Assisting with the day to day running of IT operations, you will also offer administrative services as well as hands on training where required.
- Reporting to our Service Desk Team Lead, we are seeking a German speaker to support our colleagues located in designer outlet centres and offices based overseas – providing first and second line calling solutions. Additionally you will work with external suppliers when required to resolve issues.
Your Profile
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English • You are educated to “GCSE” level standard or equivalent • You have experience of supporting MS Office and Windows Desktops, and understand Microsoft 365 toolset • You are familiar with the concepts of an ITSM ticketing platform • You are knowledgeable about principles of Computer Hardware and Networking; and experience in building PCs is advantageous
