As Sales Assistant at Wrangler, you will be one of the first people customers meet and one of the strongest reasons customers return. You will create genuine connections, build confidence through product and fit knowledge, contribute to store results and make every visit feel welcoming, personal and unmistakably Wrangler.

YOUR MISSION • Deliver friendly, confident and personalised service from the first hello to the final purchase. • Represent Wrangler with authenticity, optimism and pride in our denim heritage and quality. • Use curiosity and product knowledge to recommend the right fit, style and complete look. • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and take pride in the success of the whole store.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Welcome customers proactively, ask natural questions and listen carefully to understand their needs. • Use fit, fabric, wash and product knowledge to recommend jeans, outfits and complementary items. • Create genuine customer relationships that build trust, loyalty and repeat visits. • Contribute to individual and team sales, conversion, productivity and service goals. • Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms and cash desk clean, organised and inviting. • Replenish products quickly, maintain size availability and communicate stock opportunities. • Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and in line with procedures. • Support deliveries, stockroom organisation, transfers, stock counts and inventory routines. • Follow visual merchandising guidance and maintain strong seasonal displays. • Stay informed about products, campaigns, promotions and Wrangler stories. • Follow health and safety, security, loss-prevention and data-handling procedures. • Support colleagues during busy periods and take ownership of assigned tasks.
