Overview

  • Dream Come True Information Technology is seeking ambitious, target driven, and results oriented IT Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to drive the growth of our expanding portfolio of SaaS, CRM, AI, Mobile Applications, Websites, and Digital Subscription Solutions.
  • We are looking for professionals who understand consultative B2B selling and can identify business challenges, present technology solutions, and close high value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients across various industries.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with business decision makers.
  • Research target markets and identify companies that can benefit from our technology solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the value of CRM, AI, SaaS, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, CRM Sales, ERP Sales, Digital Solutions Sales, or Technology Consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling subscription based products, software solutions, or digital platforms.
  • Strong B2B sales and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to engage with business owners, executives, and decision makers.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills.
  • Self motivated, confident, and highly target driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
  • Existing professional network within the UAE business community is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Understanding of AI solutions, automation platforms, SaaS products, and digital transformation services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
