Role Overview
Central System Computers is hiring an IT Sales Executive to sell computer hardware, custom PCs, accessories, and related IT products in the UAE market.
The role serves walk-in and online customers, converts leads into sales, and builds long-term client relationships in a retail and technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through walk-ins, online inquiries, and social media.
- Sell IT hardware, custom PCs, and computer accessories to retail and business clients.
- Provide product information and tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare sales pitches, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
- Maintain sales records in CRM tools and internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams on orders and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor new IT products, trends, and competitors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in IT, computer hardware, or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of PCs, components, and related IT accessories.
