- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Stay updated on current technology trends and recruitment best practices
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
