Role Overview
Deliver critical technology initiatives for a professional services organization in Doha.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Work across technology, business, compliance, and external vendor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder communication across business units, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Coordinate development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Track KPIs, milestones, project progress, and financials.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience delivering complex technology projects such as digital transformation, core systems, payments, or data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Financial-services experience in banking, insurance, or fintech is preferred.
