Role Overview
The employer is appointing a Manager – HR Advisory to join its growing consulting team in Saudi Arabia.
This is a client-facing HR Advisory and Consulting role focused on strategic HR solutions, not traditional in-house HR business partnering or HR operations.
Location
- The role is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise clients on HR strategy, workforce transformation, and organization design initiatives.
- Assess HR functions, governance structures, and operating models to identify improvement and transformation opportunities.
- Design future-state HR operating models aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Deliver advisory engagements across talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, performance management, and capability development.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics, HR assessments, and maturity evaluations to develop actionable recommendations.
- Support HR technology and process transformation initiatives through implementation phases.
- Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across transformation programs.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
