Experience and Education
- 12–16 years of professional experience.
- Experience delivering large application and technology projects.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, communication engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, business administration, or a listed related discipline.
Certifications and Technical Knowledge
- PMI project management certification is mandatory.
- Foundation-level understanding of ITIL.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling using tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
- Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
- Arabic speaker requirement is reflected in the job title.
Main Tasks
- Lead and coordinate assigned technical projects across the organization.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget while aligning with business and IT goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, milestones, and delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Monitor progress and report using approved tools.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes through mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and conduct post-project evaluations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure IT governance compliance.
