Role Overview
Support international project coordination and management for Digital Trust, digital signature, digital identity, and qualified trust service initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage international projects related to Digital Trust and trust solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical, business, and commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and facilitate communication among involved parties.
- Support the effective execution of international project initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities with business developers.
- Qualify opportunities and prepare commercial documentation.
- Manage meetings with international clients and partners.
- Align business objectives with project delivery and support Middle East market expansion.
Required Competencies
- At least 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise and international contexts.
- Experience managing complex IT projects with geographically and culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Digital Trust, digital signatures, digital identity, and qualified trust services.
- Experience coordinating technology initiatives focused on regulatory compliance and process digitization.
- Ability to support pre-sales, business development, and commercial opportunity management.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering, scope definition, risk management, and project KPI monitoring.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including executive-level meetings and presentations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Availability for frequent international travel and on-site presence in Abu Dhabi for approximately 50% of the time.
Work Arrangement
- The role is 50% remote and 50% on site in Abu Dhabi.
- Frequent international travel is required.
Engagement Details
- The engagement is full time.
- The initial duration is six months, with a high probability of project extensions.
Contract Type
- The contract is for an autonomous independent professional using a VAT-registered arrangement.
