Future Horizons is hiring a Cost Control Engineer for construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role requires immediate availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in cost control within construction and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ability to prepare periodic cost reports and monitor project expenditures.
- PMP and/or CCP certification.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
Compensation
- Salary is SAR 8,000–9,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage cost control activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Support project budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Perform variance analysis and identify cost deviations.
- Prepare periodic cost reports.
