Role Context
The client provides digital signature services, digital identity, compliant digital archiving, cybersecurity, and Digital Trust solutions.
The role supports an international expansion and consolidation programme focused on the Middle East, especially the UAE and neighboring countries.
The professional will support international projects and pre-sales initiatives across technical, business, and commercial stakeholders.
Project Delivery
- Coordinate and manage international projects related to Digital Trust services, digital signatures, digital identity solutions, and trust services.
- Support project governance and monitor project progress across strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical, business, and commercial stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among geographically distributed and culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Align business objectives with project delivery and support successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Pre-Sales and Commercial Support
- Support pre-sales activities alongside business development teams.
- Contribute to opportunity qualification and preparation of commercial documentation.
- Manage meetings with international customers and partners.
- Support coordination of strategic initiatives and the company’s Middle East expansion.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least eight years of IT Project Manager experience in enterprise and international environments.
- Experience managing complex IT projects involving geographically distributed and culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Trust solutions, digital signatures, digital identity platforms, and qualified trust services.
- Experience coordinating technology initiatives focused on regulatory compliance and business process digitalization.
- Ability to support pre-sales, business development, and commercial opportunity management.
- Excellent knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, scope definition, risk management, and project KPI monitoring.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including executive-level meetings and presentations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
Contract Details
- Work location is on-site in Abu Dhabi.
- The engagement is an independent consultant or freelancer arrangement for a VAT-registered contractor.
- The engagement is full-time for an initial six-month period, with possible project extensions.
