Dalil Information Technology is hiring an IT Procurement Specialist for System Integration and Distribution in KSA. The role manages end-to-end procurement of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and cloud services, working with sales, presales, and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full RFI/RFQ/RFP cycle for IT infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with Presales teams to validate technical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure commercial alignment
- Maintain and build strong relationships with major IT distributors and OEMs
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, credit terms, and SLAs
- Manage software subscriptions, enterprise license agreements, and annual maintenance contracts
- Track orders from PO issuance to final site delivery, coordinating with logistics
- Drive cost saving initiatives and value engineering to optimize project margins
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience in KSA
- Proven experience working within an IT System Integrator or Value Added Distributor (VAD)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written Arabic and English
- CIPS Level 4 (Diploma) or equivalent is highly desirable

Role Summary
- We are seeking a high energy, self motivated IT Procurement Specialist to manage end to end acquisition of technology solutions for complex projects.
- Requires deep background in KSA System Integration or Distribution landscape.
- Responsible for sourcing high value hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Acts as vital link between Sales, Presales, and global vendors to cover operations in KSA, Jordan and Morocco.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Manage full RFI/RFQ/RFP cycle for IT infrastructure projects.
- BOQ Validation: Collaborate with Presales teams to validate technical Bill of Quantities.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with major IT distributors and OEMs.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, credit terms, and SLAs.
- Renewals & Licensing: Manage software subscriptions, ELAs, and AMCs.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Track orders from PO to final delivery.
- Cost Management: Drive cost saving initiatives and value engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience in KSA.
- Industry Background: Proven experience within an IT System Integrator or VAD is mandatory.
- Certification: CIPS Level 4 (Diploma) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- IT & Infrastructure Procurement: Directed end to end sourcing of enterprise IT hardware, power and cooling, networking, and structured cabling.
- Hardware & Technology Procurement: Sourced servers, cybersecurity appliances, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.

- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of IT product lifecycles, cloud models, and infrastructure components.
