Responsibilities
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain long term relationships with technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to expand the partner ecosystem
- Drive comprehensive partner enablement programs, including product training, technical workshops, and certification pathways
- Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities through partners
- Develop joint business plans with vendors and execute structured go to market initiatives
- Track partner performance through KPIs, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline analysis
- Coordinate vendor programs, incentives, rebates, marketing campaigns, and partner events
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in channel management or partnerships within IT/AI
- Proven experience managing reseller and distributor networks in the UAE/GCC
- Familiarity with system integrators, VARs, and technology vendors
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics
- Strong understanding of IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools
- Strategic mindset with hands on execution

- Vendor & Partner Relationship Management — Develop, strengthen, and maintain long‑term relationships with technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners to ensure continuous collaboration, alignment on business objectives, and mutual growth.
- Partnership Expansion — Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to expand the company’s partner ecosystem, focusing on high‑value alliances that enhance market reach and support IT and AI solution adoption.
- Partner Enablement & Training — Drive comprehensive partner enablement programs, including product training, technical workshops, and certification pathways, ensuring partners are fully equipped to position, sell, and support the company’s solutions.
- Sales Collaboration — Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities through partners, supporting deal qualification, joint customer engagements, and coordinated sales motions.
- Go‑to‑Market Planning — Develop joint business plans with vendors and execute structured go‑to‑market initiatives, including solution positioning, co‑selling strategies, and coordinated launch activities.
- Performance Monitoring — Track partner performance through KPIs, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline analysis to ensure revenue targets are met and partner engagement remains strong.
- Vendor Program Coordination — Coordinate vendor programs, incentives, rebates, marketing campaigns, and partner events to maximize partner motivation, brand visibility, and joint business impact.
- Reporting & Forecasting — Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to support leadership decision‑making and ensure visibility into partner‑driven revenue.
