IT Operations & Security Analyst

Experience delivering deskside or end-user IT support with end-to-end ownership of incidents and requests.

Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional Access.

Experience with vulnerability scanning, remediation and patch management across endpoints and servers.

Knowledge of identity and privileged access management, including least privilege, access reviews and PIM.

Experience with endpoint protection and security operations, ideally working with SOC or MDR providers.

An understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight, ISO 27001 and the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).

Strong troubleshooting and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience. Microsoft security, identity, cybersecurity and/or ITIL certifications will be highly regarded.
