Maintenance Technician

This full-time role provides an opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant, equipment, and site infrastructure. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and optimise performance across operations.

This position operates within a structured, system-driven maintenance environment using MaintainX (CMMS) and LEAN 6S principles to ensure work is planned, executed, and recorded to a high standard.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and site facilities to ensure reliable operation.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner to minimise downtime and disruption to operations.

Execute maintenance tasks through MaintainX work orders, ensuring all work is recorded accurately and in real time.

Support the planning and execution of preventative maintenance activities in line with site schedules.

Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Australian Standards, and company procedures.
