Select Harvests is seeking a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our team at our Carina West Processing Facility.

This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the gardens and outdoor areas across the site, ensuring they remain healthy, safe and well presented.

Maintaining lawns, gardens, trees and shrubs across the site.

Mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, watering and fertilising.

Planting and caring for seasonal plants, flowers, shrubs and trees.

Keeping garden areas clean and tidy by removing leaves, debris and litter.

Operating and maintaining gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.

Assisting with the installation and management of irrigation systems.

Applying fertilisers and other garden treatments as required.

Completing pre-use inspections of equipment and reporting any defects.

Following all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.

Previous gardening, grounds maintenance or similar experience.

Experience pruning trees and shrubs.
