What you will do
- Manage, monitor, and support LAN/WAN network infrastructure across Middle East locations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti UniFi network devices.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex network and security issues.
- Resolve incidents and deliver requests through Jira within agreed SLAs.
- Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and replace network equipment.
- Develop network monitoring, management, and automation solutions.
- Maintain network and security standards, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with IT, Integration, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, processes, and security procedures.
