About Kitopi

What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
What Are We Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
