Role Overview
Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, Microsoft 365 environment, and end-user technology.
Provide hands-on technical support and independently troubleshoot day-to-day IT and network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, email accounts, licenses, permissions, Outlook, Teams, and related services.
- Support Windows systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Configure IT equipment and accounts for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain antivirus, security updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity controls.
- Support CCTV, access control, IP phones, and related systems when required.
- Maintain IT asset, license, account, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with internet, telecom, software, and external IT service providers.
- Maintain technical documentation and network information.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT and network administration experience.
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
