Role Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports business operations through call handling, calendar maintenance, and organization of reports and documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Organize daily priorities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, suppliers, and external parties.
- Follow up on documents, renewals, requests, and other business matters.
- Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, and basic business documents.
- Organize company files, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Maintain clear records of pending and completed tasks.
- Support the owner with daily administrative and business activities.
Qualifications
- At least two years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Experience supporting a business owner, manager, or senior executive is preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good English communication and business writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
