Role overview
Lead marketing activities, strengthen the brand, and generate qualified B2B leads for recruitment and workforce solutions in the UAE.
Manage digital marketing independently and deliver measurable campaign results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for HR teams, hiring managers, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
- Manage social media, content campaigns, website marketing, landing pages, SEO, and SEM activities.
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Monitor budgets, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, ROMI, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and UAE market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate content, creative materials, agencies, and external suppliers when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience.
- UAE marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and B2B lead generation.
