Work arrangement

Key responsibilities
- Lead IT support and systems administration teams.
- Own the IT roadmap, budget, vendors, and contracts.
- Oversee identity, access, MDM, and SaaS administration.
- Partner with security on baseline controls and compliance.
- Lead incident response and major IT projects.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and runbooks.
Required skills and qualifications
- At least five years in IT, including at least two years managing IT staff.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with MDM, identity, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks is a plus.
