Job Purpose
The IT Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the company's complete technology environment, including business systems, internal platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, servers, websites, customer-facing applications, telephony systems, backups, and technolo
IT Strategy & Operations
- Manage the company's overall IT operations, systems, infrastructure, and technology requirements.
- Develop and implement IT solutions based on business and departmental requirements.
- Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.
- Establish IT standards, procedures, access controls, and technical documentation.
- Manage day-to-day IT troubleshooting and user support across departments.
- Evaluate technology requirements and recommend improvements, upgrades, and automation opportunities.
Business Systems & SanZen Portal
- Manage and administer the company's internal SanZen Portal.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and access levels.
- Develop and implement workflows and system improvements based on departmental requirements.
- Support users and troubleshoot portal-related issues.
- Coordinate system enhancements, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
