Role Overview
Manage and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure as a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MDM, and endpoint infrastructure.
- Support networks, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage storage, backups, system monitoring, patching, and disaster recovery.
- Support MFA, EDR/XDR, PAM, email security, and vulnerability management technologies.
- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure and user support issues.
- Automate routine administration using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Support IP PABX and coordinate with vendors for procurement, technical support, and issue resolution.
Required Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in server, virtualization, network, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Good understanding of hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
- Seven years of IT administration experience is preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
