Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounts activities.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Record purchase invoices and expenses accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing payment requests and ensuring vendor payments follow defined terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice and payment queries.
• Assist with reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements

• B.Com qualification is mandatory.
• M.Com qualification is preferred.
• At least one year of accounting experience is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills are required.
