Job Summary
Manage the overall operations, discipline, safety, hygiene, and maintenance of company accommodation or camp.
The role requires strong knowledge of camp management and UAE authority requirements.
Camp Operations and Compliance
- Manage day-to-day camp operations, overall discipline, camp rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate municipality inspections and handle camp-related matters with government authorities.
- Monitor camp entry and exit timings and maintain discipline.
- Ensure required standards of health, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and security.
Facilities and Maintenance
- Manage water usage and monitor consumption to reduce unnecessary wastage.
- Oversee sewage management, drainage, waste management, and disposal.
- Monitor the washing machine and laundry area for cleanliness and proper usage.
- Inspect rooms, common areas, kitchen, washrooms, laundry areas, and other camp facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Staff and Records Management
- Handle staff disciplinary issues and report serious matters to management.
