About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage end-to-end infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS, hybrid connectivity, and cloud VM governance
- Support on prem to cloud migrations and maintain hybrid environments
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including performance monitoring and lifecycle management
- Administer virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Hyper V), including HA, failover, and optimization
- Handle core Windows Server services (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file services)
- Configure and support enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wi Fi) across multiple sites
- Manage network security using FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and NAC (Aruba ClearPass)
- Support Oracle on prem and OCI cloud environments ensuring availability and performance
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery using Commvault, including testing and compliance with RPO/RTO
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and endpoint management via Intune
- Implement security best practices including patching, EDR, and encryption
- Provide infrastructure support for HQ, project sites, and operational locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- 5–7 years of hands on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Proven experience supporting multi site environments (real estate or construction sector preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ 104), Windows Server Hybrid Admin, CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, Palo Alto PCNSA, Aruba ACMA/ACSA, ITIL Foundation, Commvault certification are highly desirable
- Strong skills in Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper V
- Azure cloud infrastructure & virtual machines
- Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, Wi Fi)
- Firewall and network security management (FortiGate, Palo Alto)
- Backup & disaster recovery solutions (Commvault)
- PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools
