Role Overview
Nair Systems is seeking an IT Helpdesk and Endpoint Technician for its Qatar operations.
The role provides technical assistance, endpoint administration, troubleshooting, installations, and support across company sites.
Required Education and Experience
- A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is mandatory.
- At least three years of experience with Microsoft client and server platforms as a helpdesk technician is mandatory.
- Microsoft certifications covering Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktop, and Azure are mandatory.
- At least one year of Azure and Microsoft 365 suite support experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic network support is mandatory.
- Knowledge of a helpdesk ticketing system is optional.
- Network certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line assistance by phone, email, walk-up support, callbacks, and submitted tickets.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and on-site installations and support.
- Install and maintain desktop hardware, Windows, desktop software, printers, connectivity, and storage.
- Manage Windows deployment, patching, devices, applications, identity, access, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
