Role overview

Nair Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Support and Endpoint Technician for its Qatar operations.

The role focuses on Microsoft platform, endpoint, Azure, Microsoft 365, network, and user support.

Required education and experience

  • A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft client and server platforms as a helpdesk technician is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite support is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of basic network support is mandatory.
  • Ability to provide users with functional guidance on systems and equipment is mandatory.
  • Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.

Certifications

  • Microsoft certifications covering Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktop, and Azure are mandatory.
  • Network+ or CCNA certification is desirable.

Additional skills

  • Knowledge of a helpdesk ticketing system is optional.

Joining timeframe

  • The expected joining timeframe is two weeks, with a maximum of one month.

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support for Microsoft client and server platforms.
  • Support endpoints and users across the Qatar operations.
  • Provide Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite support.
  • Deliver basic network support.
  • Guide users on how to use systems and equipment at a functional level.
