Maintain IT asset registers and inventory records
Support system maintenance, endpoint management, software updates, and security compliance activities
Assist with information security processes, including access reviews and incident investigations
Deliver basic user training and guidance on IT systems and business applications
Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and support documentation
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions and locations
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and security standards

Experience in an IT Support, Infrastructure Support, Field Engineer, or similar technical role

Experience troubleshooting hardware, infrastructure, and connectivity issues
Ability to identify recurring technical problems and recommend long-term solutions
Experience supporting multiple sites and geographically dispersed users
Full UK Driving Licence
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional overnight stays
Degree in IT, Computing, or related field (desirable) or equivalent experience
Fluent English
