ERP and Systems Duties
- Handle ERP implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Gather requirements, perform process mapping, and integrate SOPs, workflows, and cost allocation into the ERP.
- Manage ERP integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Infrastructure and User Support
- Support SQL Server, ERP databases, and system performance.
- Provide IT support for LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, and network connectivity.
- Coordinate with users and vendors for system enhancements, integrations, and technical issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, and configuration is required.
- Hands-on experience with ERP customization, integration, and SQL Server is required.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of IT networks and systems is required.
- Construction or contracting industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems for at least 3 years is listed as preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
