Business Systems Analyst / ERP Business Analyst

Role Overview

Experience and Education

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, ERP, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with at least one major ERP platform such as 1C, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or another enterprise ERP is required.

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Analyze business processes and map AS-IS and TO-BE states.
• Design workflows and support process improvement, automation, digitalization, and internal controls.
• Support business processes covering Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll, Projects, Sales, Inventory and Warehouse, Operations, and Assets.
• Understand P2P, O2C, P2C, R2R, and H2R processes.

ERP Delivery and Coordination

• Support ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate ERP configurations, integrations, customizations, data migration, master data validation, and post-go-live issue resolution.
• Work with ERP vendors and implementation partners, business users, and technical teams.

Testing and Reporting

• Prepare test cases and coordinate UAT and system testing.
• Track defects and coordinate resolution with business users and technical teams.
• Use Excel, Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, reporting, and BI skills for analysis.
• Power BI and basic-to-intermediate SQL, MSSQL, or MySQL knowledge is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 8,000 per month.
