The role is an experienced Finance Strategy Advisor position in the construction and contracting industry.
The position will strengthen financial strategy, cash-flow management, and risk control.
Core Financial Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on cash-flow management, forecasting, and fund-flow planning.
- Support financial strategy, budgeting, and cost control.
- Monitor project profitability, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop financial controls, systems, and processes.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations using a business-focused approach.
Key Requirements
- Extensive construction and contracting finance experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and financial reporting is required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills are required.
- UAE construction or contracting experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
