IT Engineer

Act as Tier 2 Support: Serve as a primary escalation point for complex, high-level IT support inquiries

Ensure Reliability: Participate in an on-call rotation (covering approximately 20% of nights and weekends) to triage and resolve urgent, system-critical issues

Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:

Fully flesh out the project plan for the implementation of Device Trust

Implement or improve upon at least one automation workflow

Evaluate the current Mac fleet's Zero-Touch device provisioning and identify areas to optimize efficiency and hardware inventory accuracy

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $96,000 - $124,500 annually. Information about Virta’s benefits is on our Careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers .
