- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support application enhancements and system development initiatives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
- Support system integration activities and API related projects.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist in AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Deliver end user training and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3 8+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting, Power BI, System Integration, Application Development, AI & Automation, Business Analysis, Technical Support, or Software Testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic and English language proficiency highly preferred
- Previous experience in government entities, education institutions, or large operational environments is an advantage

About The Role
