Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services and technology solutions.
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven success in selling IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating and closing IT services business in the UAE market.

  • Strong understanding of IT Services, Cloud Technologies and Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C level executives and decision makers.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
